Our team consists of three (3) highly competent real estate brokers licensed in multiple states. Our main focus is on Capital Market sales of industrial real estate. We also have the expertise and a track record of successful sales in urban and suburban offices, development land, and multi-family properties. The Capital Market team has extensive experience with various property types.  We have successfully completed transactions in the following areas:

  • Warehouse / Distribution – Our core competency is in the warehouse/distribution area.  The team has brokered transactions nationally, ranging from single assets to large portfolios across several states. 

  • Urban and suburban offices - We have experience selling office buildings and complexes, including single-tenant and multi-tenant properties.

  • Development land - Our team has expertise in selling land for commercial and residential development, including land zoned for industrial use.

  • Multi-family sales - We have successfully sold multi-family properties ranging from small apartment buildings to large complexes.
